Frank likes being a hobo. He gets free food from "magic food machines" (dumpsters) and loves to travel the world with free rent (the street). As long as there's a destination Frank hasn't visited, he'll still be a hobo. He's probably the cleanest and nicest bum you'll meet due to the fact he takes pride in his poverty.
